She created the practice with the goal of increasing access to compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals and families across New York and New Jersey. In addition to her clinical background, Sara is also a certified yoga instructor. She brings a holistic lens to her work, occasionally incorporating mindfulness, breathwork, and movement into sessions when appropriate to support clients in managing stress and anxiety.
